A Strategic Solve

In their daily work, stylists come for the paycheck, but they chose to stay at a job for so much more. Career growth, emergency support, benefits, work-life balance and team culture all play a role in employee retention. In this paid digital campaign, we aimed to show stylists how Sport Clips supports team members both on the job and in life.

Creative Execution

Alongside a copywriter and animator, I developed storyboards for four social media animations touting the range of benefits stylists can expect from a career at Sport Clips. We were able to develop this new content with existing photography and a campaign look for efficient route to market.

In addition to social media animations, we adapted the creative for one set of animated digital display ads.
